Consulting for Existing Clients

• The first step for this type of engagement is to review your setup to see if it meets your reporting needs.
• If necessary, we work with you to map out a new structure and adjust your existing setup.
• At this point we decide what areas need work from a daily and periodic processing point of view.
• The final step is to setup a game plan and implement it.
